Stuart McLean (Director - Systems Inprovement)
Stuart has more than 20 years experience in the manufacturing and industry training sectors developing, implementing and reviewing management systems.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Research and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Production. Stuart also holds an Advanced Trade Certificate in Moulding and has successfully completed the Quality Society of Australasia Associate Auditor training course.
Stuart specialises in the development and implementation of key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring systems, training systems, health and safety systems, communication systems and quality assurance systems which are guaranteed to highlight on-going improvement opportunities through the cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Act.

Sarita has more than 10 years health and safety experience in a diverse range of industry sectors training, auditing and assisting companies embed good practice health and safety systems in their workplaces.
Sarita is a committee member (and Treasurer) of the Canterbury Branch of the New Zealand Association for Training and Development (NZATD). She has recently been appointed Branch Manager of the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management (NZISM) Canterbury Branch.
Sarita holds a Bachelor of Chemical Technology degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health and a Certificate in Adult Teaching (L5). Sarita is also an ACC Approved Auditor for the Workplace Safety Management Practices (WSMP) and Workplace Safety Discounts (WSD) programmes.
Outside of work, Sarita is a member of the Rotary Club of Christchurch South (President Elect and Vocational Service Committee) and Parent Representative on the Villa Maria College Board of Trustees.
