Assessment



Bedrock Solutions carry out Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) assessment in a range of unit standards.


The three critical requirements for RCC Assessment are:

  1.  1. The organisation has embeded management systems in place to ensure employees are trained correctly to carry out their work tasks.
    2. Naturally occurring evidence exists to validate employees have been trained correctly in their work tasks.
    3. Naturally occurring evidence aligns to unit standard outcomes.

    This approach recognises employee outputs from embeded management systems e.g. induction records, training records, completion of work forms, annual review of job performance etc that may be utilised in the RCC assessment process to validate an employee's competency against workplace unit standards.

Where embeded management systems do not exist, Bedrock Solutions is able to assist your organisation develop them to allow the RCC assessment process to be used in your workplace.
